If you're real quick try Lady Bamboo Villa on Jalan Kajeng just a couple of minutes walk north of Ubud Markets
When I enquired less than a week ago they had 2 garden suites available for 8 nights in August.
Contact them directly on their website, ladybamboo.com and negotiate a rate.
Very nice looking place and not too expensive either.
