Some time ago a couple were taken to the wrong hotel being the one on Legian street and instead of questioning the hotel they went to, they went and paid to stay at another hotel. It was not till the end of their trip that they realised there were two hotels with similiar names.
The one on Kartika Plaza is a nice hotel and is in a great location. The Nikosoma is a newer hotel however I don't think you will be disappointed provided there rooms haven't gone down hill.
