dont know if it will help at all but i went to live chat operator on travel .com after looking at that hotels web site and asked if they knew anything about the theft as i was thinking of booking there and i saw on here about the theft they didnt want to know about it off course so i said i would post their response on here maybe a few enquiries might motivate hotel to take it more seriously.dont know what you reckon ?
