Kumala Pantai is just south of the Legian/Seminyak border, we decided to get the taxi's at the fixced price booth at the airport, turn right at the exit its about 10 - 20 meters. Legian is about 50,000 ($6.10) Seminyak about 60,000 ($7.32) hardly worth the hassle of bartering really.
