Or you may ask your husband where to get one as I am sure he knows. Men like to organise things to detail.
Or you may ask your family/friends in the country you come from, to send you one.
If these ideas do not help, you can write one yourself. Either Excel or Word will be of great help and the bonus is that you then have the diary in your computer. It is really both quick and simple.
