it is the market that dictates the price.
As long as rooms are full, prices will continue to rise.
If and when vacancies start to occur, hotels will start to look at ways to fill bookings, including dropping prices.
It is a natural and self adjusting cycle.
It may just be that some businessmen want to recoup some of the losses that occured after the bombings, when everyone was happy to get rates that were artificially low.
Perhaps this should be seen as "a correction".
