Hi- we stayed at the Dynasty over Xmas/ New Year and had serious doubts about leaving the kids(4 and 1) with any sitter but in the end decided to give it a try just while we were in the pool or nearby shopping- had Mardi once and she was lovely and Dewi 3 times who was just fantastic. Most times we still had the 4 yr old with us so Dewi just had the bub.
The older kids are able to go in the kids club during the day and they seem to do a great job there with lots of activities etc.
Take the young ones regular snacks with you- we took a bag full of all our babies jars of food, nappies etc, rusks and cruskits etc.
As for medicines being our first trip and paranoid I took everything you could think of- probably wouldn't bother so much next time!
