As an example, here in Jakarta last week I saw a 4Litre Cask of Stanley Red (when I was in Oz wouldn't touch it - even reluctant to cook with it) selling for Rp.880,000 - that's AU$106.00!
I agree with Mic's suggestion that Two Islands produced by Hatton Wines is a very acceptable substitute for imported varities - also the Hatton's Alexandria White is a very pleasant and drinkable wine. Hatton also produce sparkling Red and White - Jepun and Tanjung.
Hatton's wines are best bought direct from their Cellar Door on Jl.Bypass Ngurah Rai just after Sunset Road intersection - in block of Ruko Shops left-hand side in Sanur direction.
