It is very reasonable, it is charged in Euro (about 40 I think) which works out about $65-$70 aussie per night by memory, but they are such large villas, in a quiet alley off the main drag, but so close to everything. The beach is a short stroll, but the shops and restaurants are a few steps away. It really has a nice feel to the place.
