You may as baldie says be "lucky" and able to "negotiate a price" but I stress that this IS illegal and you could very well lose all the wine you are "importing" to have it "destroyed as an illegal import".
Duty on Imported Alcoholic beverages is around 350%. Every week in Jakarta there are huge quantities of illegally-imported wines and spirits destroyed by authorities.
By all means take a chance if you feel like-it but be prepared for the consequences and don't even think of complaining if you lose your wine as you are 100% in the wrong. Just read the regulations before you sign the Customs Declaration before disembarking in Denpasar.
