I was there in January, re money changes I have always used the Kodak shops but last time used Circle K very easy and never any problem and the rate is sooo much better than being ripped of or wasting 20 mins trying to avoid being ripped off (& you always will!!!)
We had a great meal at Koris, food was great and its not really expensive if you don't drink wine :-)
Had a great meal at Lestari (Keraboken) it is out past Seminyak about 30k in Taxi from Legian -for 2 3 courses 4 cocktails coffee & Liquor AUD $75.00 expensive for Bali but cheap compared to Perth Prices, a lot of European people there, you also can't go too far wrong with the rest down along the beach off Double 6 - out the front of Niksoma & Kumala Pantai - Blue Ocean is one of them - great Value and Good Bali Food.
