as requested by readers of your other capitalised post - wish I knew you where going to repost as would have saved me 15min downloading your last one and working out how to convert to lower case in word - but at least another 10 public servants I forwarded this onto that are sitting at their desks in front of computers screens all day also got to enjoy a break from spreadsheets - so thanks on behalf of the cps - oops better get back to my own work otherwise they wont let me go on my holiday to bali next month too!
