Circle Ks around Legian and Kuta seem to now have dishonesty and thieving as part of their training and service delivery. What was once the occasional opportunistic act of a cashier who thought that because it was late you'd probably had too much to drink to notice has become an anytime, any location, commonplace Circle K trait.
