if i may, i will add my 2 cent!! i am 50 years old have lived the last 20 YEARS between bali and caribbean. lucky for me it is my work to go back and forth but i can say , i live in 2 totally different 3rd world countries if you will, and it is a daily calange to remember how to be in "the mood" for the ways of the world you have choosen to live in!! just got to go with the flow and if you can not get into the groove, then bite the bullet and go home!! do not stay in "paridise" and be miserable!! only my 2 cent!! bout insurance, i pay my medical between bali and caribbean on my own, i do have a health plan, but i do have a plan!!
