mentioned them but we used Kelly and Gus from Romantic Bali Weddings and they were brilliant. Ours was a very small wedding with 16 guests and we did not really know what we wanted and Kelly suggested the venue and organised all the stuff we had not even thought about like flowers, traditional musicians and other little bits and pieces. They also made the paperwork very simple and ferried us back and forth from the Embassy to organise everything - was brilliant.
She also organised us a beautiful cake and sorted out flower girls and all the little pieces that made it special.
Was totally perfect and stress free. We did nothing it terms of organising other than a few emails back and forth and one meeting with Kelly and Gus 4 days before the wedding.
The whole things was as much a surprise as it was for the guests - wife turned up at the Villa where we had ceremony 4 hours before ceremony to get her hair and makeup done and i turned up 2 hours before and had a swim and a nap.
And the whole thing including a reception dinner at Kafe Warisan restaurant which was superb (inclduing their amazing wine list) cost us about $4500 aussie dollars (in 2008).
