Things to do for 3rd time visitor

Hi all,

Ok so I have been to Bali twice before, once in 2005 and then again in 2007.

I am going back in October. I will be based in Kuta/Tuban again this time at the Paradiso. I have previously gone to Tanah Lot, Waterbom park, visited Ubud, seen the monkey park, visited rice fields, the silversmiths, seen the elephants and been to Nusa Dua. Just wondering what else I am missing which is fun/interesting to do? I'm sure there's plenty!
