according to the ABC program Asia Pacific broadcast on 15 Feb.

It also states that there were 500,000 dogs in Bali, 40,000 have been culled and 190,000 vaccinated, so that still leaves 290,000 dogs left to treat if those figures are accurate.

I personally will not be wandering around the rural backwaters of Bali without a very big stick, and maybe not even then.
