Have used Expedia before and found them fantastic. Definitely would not recommend to ever use Hotelsdirect. Am dealing with them at moment and have had nothing but trouble with them. I booked accomodation thru them 9 months ago and now its 3 weeks until i go to Bali and they advise me that there is no room available at hotel i booked even tho at time of booking and paying deposit, It "supposedly' guaranteed accomodation.
