Reliable driver

Hi
Arriving next sunday for 2 weeks
1st week Harris Kuta / 2nd week Bali club bali mirage Tanjung Benoa

Looking for a reliable driver (2 adults + 2 children + numerous suitcases) who would be available (with big enough vehicle to accomodate in 1 trip), not sure if i should organise in advance,or i will be able to sort out when i arrive
Need the following journeys
Airport - Kuta
Kuta - Tanjung Benoa
Tanjung Benoa - Airport

Rough costs of what i should pay for these journies is much appreciated

Also whats the weather like at present ?
Hope it is not to wet, definitely hotter than here (scotland)
