We have stayed at both hotels and i feel that the Hard Rock has a more lively feel, especially for a 21st celebration. the Mandira is a really nice hotel, but your kids at there age would definately enjoy the feel at the Hard Rock. We had a meal there by the pool a couple of weeks ago and it was superb.
