When I went last year I found a lovely fixed price souvenier shop in the kuta art markets. 1st shop on right as you enter kuta art markets from road or the last one on the left if you are walking up from the beach end, next door to a money changer. It had lots of lovely wooden hand painted items and small stone items. I am pretty sure thay had the dolls. Not sure of the nesting type but has painted woden dolls in that shape. Also some lovely hand painted wooden whistles and trinkets I got for my 2 kids. It was a little dear by bali standards but lovely quality so I thought well worth the money. Cheers
