what part was a shambles????? When I was there 2 weeks ago.... they were cutting the lawns and doing the gardens up... the new rooms were being painted again on the outside. The people you thought were there for the design concept models are actually the tour desk.... Oh and when we left 2 weeks ago there was 30 rooms booked out.... A visual walk through does not allways make an accurate impression. I had a friend that stayed in a small hotel on Garlic Lane that is very popular with people on here. Every night when we sat on her patio for pre dinner drinks we watched the rats running through the gardens and she said the room and patio was overrun with cochroaches.... not something you see when you have a walk through during the day....
