Within walking distance of the Puri Santrian is the Stiff Chilli. This is a nice little ocean front restaurant.
Bobbies and Donald along the beach also turn out a decent early morning feed.
The Trophy produces a good breakfast.
If you are prepared to walk about 10 minutes to the south Gardenia is a very good place.
If you want a real big breakfast, easily the best place in Sanur is the Bali Senia Hotel. This place is not for the social elite of this planet but it is real good for people with big appetites.
