i have had 4 done in bali, it depend on design and colors and size for tattoos normal! i never heard of being quote by the hour but i am no expert! i had a gecko done on my ankle under the bone few month ago, it was 800,000 for the tat, it took bout hour, so $80 fit your quote! i also got a very bad infectoin from bad or old ink in thge tat!! it hurt in that place to et it, the suffered for 5 weeks and 3 doctors b4 it healed, now, it have red belly instead of yellow!! i do get my money back from the shop to go to doc with !!
