Will be in Bali 17th March and leaving midnight 28th March so want to get tat done in morning on 28th. It is for foot tattoo (both feet), will take about 4 hours (my guess only). Have been quoted $350 at home in Perth which is why I was thibking that quote I got in Bali $80 per hour was a bit expensive but according to my replies so far...that rate in Bali seems to be the average so if that is the case then I am getting a bargain where I have my tatts done over here in Perth. I have deisgn and can email it thru if ur friend can give me a price would be good.
