I have upmost respect for the balinese people and would never consider offending them I dont believe there are rules of sorts I think its an understanding of what is required by non-balinese to pay respect to their customs and that is why I asked the question.I would find it hard to watch parades if limited to indoors some knowledge I have is there is certain places and customs to adhere to on the day and that is what I was asking and how not to offend the balinese.Thanx for advise everyone.
