My friend has just been notified by virgin blue that her flight from Bali to Auckland on the 3rd April has changed. She was originally booked to fly Bali-Sydney-Auckland she has been phoned today telling her she needs to leave Bali a day earlier and has to stop over in Brisbane for 7 hours on the way home. Has anyone else had this call?? If so do you know of any solutions or options available. She is a Bali virgin and we planned for her to fly out the same night as me. Thanks.
