To be on the safe side, at least a day before your SilkAir flight from Lombok, visit their office (in a hotel near Mataram Mall) and confirm they will issue boarding passes for your onward flight from Singapore (and also your baggage is checked to your final destination).
You have more than an hour to make your connection in Singapore. There are frequent and quick train services between the terminals.
If there is a delay, SilkAir will know in advance. So another step is to let SilkAir office in Lombok know your hotel number.
SilkAir is a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines and if your ticket for all the sectors is issued by Singapore Airlines, I wouldn't worry too much about making connections.
Enjoy your Lombok stay.
