What to do with a Bali virgin

Well that subject should get some good responses from the boys!!

Seriously, going back in a couple of weeks and taking a girlfriend who has never been before. Its a long time since I was a new tourist so dont know what would be the best intro to the island?

What would you do with a Bali virgin of around 40 (shhh) who likes to shop but also likes to relax? She'll stay with me in Celuk but we'll be mobile with car.

What would you do to introduce a newcomer to Bali?
