After reading a post by Joy saying that Jetstar gave her a credit for an airfare due to her husbands illness I sent Virgin an email.
I explained that I realised it was a go fare I had booked, but due to my husbands cancer returning and requiring further treatment would they consider giving us a credit for the fare.
I then had to send a letter to them from the Oncologist.
I have just received an email from them, and they have kindly given us a credit for the full fare to be used in anyway we like within 12 months.
I am so thankful
