Burracooka if you are going through a Travel Agent they can and will organise wheelchair assistance . Tell them your mother has mobility problems and can't walk long distances . We have done this in the past when we took our son with a disability and it doesn't cost you extra for VIP sevice on arrival or departure . You are met by either airport or airline staff on arrival in Bali and on arrival at your home port . Hope this helps and you enjoy your trip . By the way all family members are taken through at the same time as the wheelchair .
