back in aug a friend we were travelling with fell and broke her foot, our hotel rung aa and asked for wheelchair assistance.we had to get there an extra 1/2 hour earlier than normal book in. they met us at the front doors, went through the exrays, took us to the counter,up the elevators, the airport concierge then took our passports and taxs (we sat and waited), then straight passed everyone else to the waiting lounge. she then come for us to board and then through customs. the only problem was getting on and off the bus and then on the plane at the airport. did the same in perth and was last off the plane but escourted straight passed the long custom lines. god did we not feel the knifes in our back. soory this was so long hope it helps.oh it was no extra cost.
