It would be too much in one day, although possible (about 4hrs travelling). Overnight stay will give you an opportunity to do the early morning dolphin trip. You will need to book this the evening before because they leave just on or before sunset. See archives on swimming with dolphins. Avoid going to Lovina on a Sunday as you will strike all the local traffic making their way to Bedugal and Botanical Gardens and this could double your travel time. Going via Munduk and coming back via Singaraja gives you a change of scenery too.
