Check-in for Singpore airlines is 45 mins prior to departure. That only leaves you 50 mins to arrive, get from plane to terminal, get bags, get to Singapore airlines and check them in. Probably not enough. Singapore airport is huge, and getting around can take a while. You may also find that Silkair arrives at Terminal 2 and Singapore airlines departs from Terminal 3. Also, Lombok airport is notoriously bad for late departures.
Best check with the airlines involved and see if they have anything in place to facilitate the transfer.
