We stayed there last week and late last year for a few nights. It is an ok budget hotel with nice gardens. It is set back down a lane. The location is excellent-close to shopping, restaurants etc.
We found the staff very friendly. Don't expect luxury but we would go back there(we are happy with cheap but clean).We only stay a couple of nights as we are over Kuta and prefer to stay in a villa in the Jimbaran area.
