Nypei Day

Has anyone been in Lombok for Nypei Day in past years. Is it as strictly celebrated as in Bali itself. Can we expect anything to be open for the 3 days of celebration, and would we be restricted to our hotel Holiday Inn Resort for the whole of the day?

We will be there from Sunday 14th March and checking out late on 22nd March.
