We purchased one a few years ago from a stall in Garlic Lane (across from Miss Debby's). Can't remember what we paid but it wasn't much. If you know Miss Debby or even Ketut (who's stall is down the laneway opposite Miss Debby) I would ask them where you could get them. They are also both fixed price so that would give you idea of cost.
