Just back from a cruise from Fremantle to Indonesia.
The views of Bali and Lombok as we sailed in were spectacular and could never be experienced flying in.
Was a bit weird doing Kuta in a short few hours but managed to do all the shopping a walk and Bintang on the beach and late lunch with a few Bintangs at Bamboo corner to watch the world go by.
Quite liked Lombok and will visit again on our next Bali trip later this year.
Good to see the Komodo Dragons walking free on Komodo Island as well.
Great cruise for people who love Bali just wasn't there long enough.
