We get charged $67 at this end (Aus) and no one complains , funny how an extra $15 US at Indo end and you would think the world was ending . I know ours is a departure tax , which Indo do also have . But hey an extra $15 on a holiday where you going to spend $1000 , why waste all the energy and stress . Just go for 10 days and nothing changes .
