Last year I bought shoes for 4 bridesmaids all different sizes
I must say I would never do it again, it was really hard getting 4 pairs of shoes the same
What I did was trace the outline of each bridesmaids foot and use the template against each pair of shoes.
I also bought earrings etc for the bridesmaids and flower girl and had the dresses made.
We bought all the table decorations
It took a full 2 weeks to get everything but the hard part was trying to stay within the weight limit.
