I must confess I'm surprised, but it's good news. Virgin Pacific has responded to the customer's email with "a very nice reply" according to her, and given her a credit for the FULL cost of the return airfare paid to Australia. Is this a new leaf for Customer Relations? Hope so ... I've updated my blog post on this matter accordingly.
