Hi we just stayed overnight at the safari park and did the day safari tour and the night safari ( you get to hand feed zebras and also feed the lions)We also got breakfast included. it worked out to be approx AUD$ 100 each. We payed for a professional photo with the orangutan on top of this but it was only a few dollars and comes in a great folder.
For a small fee ( I think RP30000) you can also use your own camera to take the photo. There are also many free photo opportunities throughout the park. We did not do the elephant ride as we think it is soooo overpriced but the kids did camel rides for about RP30000 and bought a bucket of carrots to feed the elephants for RP10000 also.
The 2 bedroom accomodation is excellent and has a lounge and individual aircon for each room and lounge. In the foyer each night an animal is brought in to pat and have photos taken with for guests staying at the resort, this is free. The meals at the tsavo lion restaurant are some of the best we have had and are nothing like the other meals at the park.
Shelley.
