The way fish/ shellfish is cooked is alot different than it is done here in WA . It also varies in price place to place . For Lobster and Prawns you are charged per 100grams ( this may have changed in 18mths but I doubt it ). On reflection you couldn't put a basic price on anything as they vary so much . Go eat and enjoy and bugger the cost you WILL enjoy .
