I have stayed in both properties - Club at Grand Hyatt and also at Laguna Resort & Spa. The Laguna wins "hands-down"!

Whilst there is no "Club" at Laguna, the Butlers provide wonderful and personal service - Tea, Coffee, Cookies etc 24/7 and of course there is not the evening "Cocktails and Canapes" which you will get in Grand Hyatt's Club.
The staff at Laguna are amazing! I found Grand Hyatt's service to be quite "cool and impersonal". Laguna's "secret weapon" is its General Manager David Cuddon - and Aussie Expat. In my more than 40 years of Hospitality Management, David is the only GM I have ever described as "exceptional" - and his dedication and love for Laguna extends across the whole property.
