La Sal is one of my favourite restaurants but it is still not in the class of fine dining..
Ku De Ta is certainly fine dining and excellent food/atmosphere/service.
Another I have seen but not been to is The Living Room. I plan to try it one day, just haven't got there yet..
Meads at Karma (Jimbaran bay) would be fine dining also and having eaten at Warren Meads restaurants many many times in Perth, the food should be superb!
