I dont know where you have eaten in London Balijo thats cheaper than Aus restaurants, because I have been to London many times ( lived there for a few years) and always found dining out there a really expensive exercise. However had lunch at Rockpool in Jan (Melbourne) and paid $65 for the steak, without another thing on my plate! The champers was $32 a glass!! I dont think there are too many places in Bali that would cost as much? Which makes eating out there such good value.
