Cooked in the village with Basa Gede(Bali seasoning) Red Lawar,Urutan (blood sausage), crispy skin(not crackling)mmmmmm Babi Guling. Followed by copious amounts of Bintang & Joged dancing. Never fails to draw a crowd & leads to a great night. A real carnival atmosphere with gambling, stalls etc. I'm counting the days to the next one.
