High end places already have service in the bill. Tax + Service, or Plus Plus as the Balinese call it.
Depends where you stay, where you eat and whether you want to (not expected in anyway) but nice to do if you can afford it.
ie: if your bill is 28,000rp just leave the 2,000 (if no service and tax included), but if your bill is 28,000rp and you got exceptional service you may want to leave more
Just don't feel like you have to tip if you don't want to.
