Here's what I'm preparing for tonight's dinner and this kind of thing might help you lose weight
Oranges and mangoes in the blender for a fruit juice shake
Spicy lentil and tomato soup
Spicy Tofu stir fry
Breakfast was the usual home-made muesli with soy milk
Lunch was tomatoes on crackers
No I'm not on a diet it's just the type of thing I like to eat, and it won't do a thing for me because I'll follow it up with my chocolate addiction, however my husband isnt a chocaholic so he always stays slim :D
