is really to flush out impurities in your body. You will lose mostly water and muscle, not fat so that as soon as you begin to eat and drink normally you will retain all the lost kilos.
Those 10 kilos will be back before you swallow your 5th beer :)
You are far better to go on a 'diet 'of less fats, breads, dairy and eat 6 small healthy meals per day consisting of lots of vegetables, fish and wholegrains.
